How can I delete apps from my IPad ?

If you experience difficulties with removing Apps from your iPad, you will need to check your ScreenTime restrictions:

Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps - ensure that this permission is set to Allow

You can delete apps on your iPad by tapping and holding on the desired app, and then clicking delete app. Depending on your software version, you may need to tap and hold until all the icons start wriggling, and then tap the "x" button to delete.

Turn off Screen Time, delete the app and then turn Screen Time back on.
