My screen recording will not render in quicktime

So I did a screen recording, I clicked stop when I was done but the video never rendered and it was over 12 hours ago. If I try and quick quicktime it gives me this pop up!

What can I do to save this screen recording? It is a pretty important one.

Nevermind. After almost 24 hours it rendered. I think deleting things from my hard drive helped.
