email

I keep receiving the same email from the same sender.

The person who sent this email to me says they only sent it once but it keeps randomly popping up in my mail as a new message (with the same topic)

However, the sender tells me they are not sending me these extra emails.

I am not opening these emails but sending to trash and deleting.

any suggestions ?
