Why doesn’t my iPhone 12 Pro Max have a “Never” option for autolock?

I want to prevent my iPhone 12 Pro Max screen from auto-locking, but it seems to only have an option to stop the screen from auto-locking for a maximum of 5 minutes. Why is this? When I search online, every article tells me that there is a “Never” option to prevent the iPhone screen from auto-locking EVER. How do I do this on my iPhone?

Do you have a corporate email account set up on your phone? If so, the administrators can enforce security policies on the device, including the maximum timeout before the screen locks.

Ah, yes, in fact I do have a corporate email account on my iPhone. So I guess the only way to enable the “Never” option for auto-lock is to delete the corporate email account?
