Hello can anyone help me figure out how to make my MacBook faster? I tried deleting some things and clean it up but it is still rather slow. If you can dumb your advice down , that would be greatly appreciated :D

The hard drive is most likely failing or worn out. Replacing the hard drive with an SSD will greatly improve performance.
FYI, the Battery is showing "Service Battery" which indicates macOS has identified a hardware failure with the Battery.
