Dies my phone replacement have a warranty?
Just got a replacement phone in exchanged for a damaged phone that was out of warranty. Does my new replacement phone have any warranties?

We guarantee our service, including replacement parts, for 90 days or the remaining term of your Apple warranty or AppleCare+ coverage, whichever is longer."
Since your old phone had no warranty you get 90 days on this one.
