iPhone viruses? I’ve got this information. Should I do anything?

If running iOS 13 or earlier versions, check: Settings - Passwords & Accounts - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.

If running iOS 14, check: Settings - Calendar - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.

Note that this is not an indicator of a virus or hacking. The events appeared in the calendar as a result of accepting an offer from a web site to “Send Notifications” or similar invitation.
