App Store and iTunes account disabled

I am unable to update or download any apps. If I try I get the message “your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes”. I’ve tried creating new apple ids and everything but I still get that message. I am so discouraged.

If your account is disabled in iTunes you will need to contact apple to be able to unlock it.
