Hello, i am sorry to hear that. Have you tried unpluging it for a while and recconecting it again? you could also try with a different cable to see if that is causing the issue. If none of that works, you could check to see if your charging adapter is in warranty or could check if it qualifies for the apple Wall Plug Adapter Exchange Programme through this link: Apple AC Wall Plug Adapter Exchange Program - Apple Support
