21in late 2012 iMac with Catalina - keeps randomly rebooting I have a late 2012 21in iMac that is currently running on Catalina's latest version. After the last update to 10.15.7 it keeps randomly rebooting. Without any specific reason and without any warning. I have already done a clean instal of Catalina after erasing my hard drive. IMAC Won't Shutdown The only way I can get the computer to shut down is to first restart the computer and then go through the shutdown procedure. I've run disk first aid and reinstalled Catalina. But after a couple of days, the same issue reappears. Apple is telling me this may be a hardware issue, but I'm not convinced of this yet. Any thoughts?

Hi FLG111,

If this is the case, simply press and hold the iMac's power button on the back until it goes off, then turn it back on.
