Airpods not connecting to mac

My Airpods show up on my mac bluetooth but they won't connect. I tried turning bluetooth on and off. I tried resetting my airpods. Still show up but won't connect.

Can't connect my AirPods to my MacBook Pro My question is that, I can't seem to connect my AirPods to my MacBook Pro.
