When I open up the TV app, I can’t see any of the tabs, except Library. The rest just sit on “Accessing TV”. I recently signed up to Apple TV+ via Apple One.
I have tried logging out and back in, and have now done a full restore of the Apple TV, but it still won’t work.

It is on the latest version of software (when you do a full restore it automatically restores it to the latest software version). I have just tried it again after a couple of hours and it is now working! I’ve not changed anything, so not sure what caused the issue!?
I have just experienced the same, other connectivity fine including playing purchases from Apple on the device. Just appleTV+ not working
i have shared an appletv program from my iphone via airplay to the box and that works ok !

Older versions may not support Apple TV+. The current version is 7.6.2.

I’m glad that it seems fixed for now. Maybe it was connectivity all along?
It wasn’t connectivity, as I could AirPlay Apple TV+ from my iPad, and also play Netflix and Amazon prime. A mystery!!
