Restore Uploaded Music

How can I restore to my iphone music I have on my old iPod that was originally put on there through uploading CD's to iTunes?

You would have to use a computer, or subscribe to iTunes Match (or possibly Apple Music).

If you use a computer, you would sync the iPod, then sync the iPhone.
