I phone battery

Yesterday my i phone x battery capacity its showing empty so i change new battery in store but still my phone battery capacity its showing 85% can i know why

No one here will know whether the replacement battery that is used is Apple approved or not. Even if it is then it is probably not installed correctly. Go back to the shop and see whether you can have them make things right for you.

Your iPhone battery may not be installed properly. Not sure. You should contact the place that installed the battery for an explanation. If the battery was replaced by Apple or by an Authorized Service Center then they will stand by their work and make things right.

I have had batteries installed in my iPhones 3 times on three different iPhones. Each time the Battery Health Capacity was returned to 100%. Your repair shop is lying to you.

Bro i went to mobile shop because the phone battery capacity negitive so he said we have to change the battery i said ok after he changing and re instal the battery the phone battery capacity should be 100% but its showing only 85% he is saying its original battery all batterys show only 85% is it true
