My remote Apple TV not working as expected

Hi,

I’ve been experiencing with my remote Apple TV not working such as; all buttons, except volume button, did not work when pressed. Only volume button still works when pressed. I’ve tried to follow several times the troubleshooting guideline steps available on the Apple website without success.
