It's in Recovery Mode. Do you want to restore it to factory settings? If not, hold down the Power Button until it restarts. If it starts up in Recovery Mode again, then there is something wrong with the iPad.


You need to set it up for your PC with iTunes, or for your Mac, and it needs to be either updated or restored.


Try restarting first and let me know what happens.
