With family sharing can we share pictures taken with our individual iPhones?
I have a iCloud account and have setup family sharing with my husband. Would I be able to view his pictures that he has taken on his iPhone in my iCloud account?

Family sharing creates a shared photo album and you can share photos that are manually moved to that album. There is no option that shares all photos. See the following from Family Sharing - Apple
When you set up your family, a shared album is created automatically in the Photos app on all family members’ devices. Everyone can add photos, videos, and comments to the album whenever they like and get notified when something new is added.
