My son iPhone is not updating...What can I do about this and he has a iPhone 6plus like myself and mines is updated

Perhaps you have an iPhone 6s Plus and your son has an iPhone 6 Plus. 6S Plus can update to iOS 14.4. 6 Plus cannot and the highest version it is capable of running is iOS 12.5.1
