I have an apple watch series 1. The latest update version I have is 4.3.2, and it claims to be completely up to date although it seems as though there are version 6 updates. Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem?

Thanks, that was very helpful and has just saved me continued frustration and searching for answers! I hadn't realised there was a difference between the original Apple Watch and the Series 1. Time to upgrade I think!
