This is a user-to-user technical support site operated by Apple, there is no one here that can follow up on your refund. As Niel said above it can take 30 days to receive your refund, have you spoken to your bank?

I have asked for a refund weeks ago and i get a confirmation mail.

But i didn’t receive my money. I will be happy if you can solve my problem.
