Audio is only playing in Bluetooth earbuds and regular earbuds, why is this?

Audio is only playing in Bluetooth earbuds and regular earbuds, it seems like my phone thinks it’s connected to Bluetooth or some type of wired headphones. It’s an iPhone 6s with the newest software on it, I’ve shut down my phone, and factory reset it and I’m still have this issue. If you can help I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks, Zach.
