Problem with the audio

my iPhone says that I have headphones connected also when I don’t... so I can’t ear the audio on my phone

Audio is only playing in Bluetooth earbuds and regular earbuds, why is this? Audio is only playing in Bluetooth earbuds and regular earbuds, it seems like my phone thinks it’s connected to Bluetooth or some type of wired headphones. It’s an iPhone 6s with the newest software on it, I’ve shut down my phone, and factory reset it and I’m still have this issue. If you can help I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks, Zach.

iPhone sound I can't hear anything from my phone, and when I increase/decrease the volume, it is labeled "Headphones," even though I don't have headphones plugged in. I've tried shutting down and restarting my phone, and also tried plugging my earphones in and out, but nothing has worked. There also weren't any settings to fix it. Does anyone know how to fix this?
