Payment

Hello. I would like to know why I was charged $27.97 from apple? I’ve also been getting charged a fee of 9.99 a month for the past couple months it wasn’t nothing serious so i didn’t pay it any mind.. but 27.97 is to much. And I would like to know why i’m getting charged this.
