My phone app has disappeared. How do I get it back

Swipe to the App Library after your last home screen and search for it. Tap and hold til it jiggles then drag it out leftwards

Open Settings ➔ General ➔ Reset ➔ Reset Home Screen Layout.

This will bring back the Phone app however will also re-arrange your home screen. You may have to arrange the app icons back to the way you like them.

I don't think iOS 12 uses that feature.

No big deal. I can't see well enough on my iPhone and have a 40 inch monitor for my Mac mini.

My bad, I can’t see what phone they have on my iphone Safari. I wish people would include ios and phone model in the text.
