Apple Watch 3 Updates

I have been unable to update my watch for some time. It says I do not have enough space, but I have remove everything it will let me and It still won’t update. Anyone else had this issue and how did you resolve it?

Try this;

Unpair your Apple Watch via the Watch app on your iPhone.

Then Re-pair your Apple Watch again,this usually frees up

enough storage space to update your watch.And without any loss of data.

you have to disconnect your watch from your phone and reset it. It will make the update when connecting new to your watch. After that you can install your backup of your watch.
