MacBook doesn’t turn on

Hi. My MacBook Pro just wont turn on, I’ve tried everything - charging it etc. it very occasionally makes the start up noise or the charging sound but that’s it. There’s no activity on the screen, it has remained completely black. Please advise if you have any ideas what the issue may be! Thanks
