I lost my iphone which was paired with my apple watch. I have a new iphone and try to pair it. But I cannot do as it is already paired with my lost phone. If I erase and reset it, I am afraid to loose all data now. How can I pair it again?

Hi, you can reset the watch, if you have used iCloud for back up with the last iPhone. As after the reset it will ask if you want to set up as new watch or restore from old data like on iPhones.
