Shutter sound

My shutter sound is always on. Even if i switch to mute on.

Go to Settings > General > About > Model

If the number you see there starts with an A tap that number. If the next number you see ends in J/A that is a Japanese region iPhone and it is not legal to mute the shutter sound.

If the device is from a region where silencing the camera shutter sound is prohibited, the restriction can not be overcome.
