I am running Yosemite on mid-2014 Macbook Pro. Want to upgrade to Mojave but there are no software updates in the App Store on my computer. How do i do it?

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and download Mojave through the link provided. It's a full-version upgrade and won't appear in the update list.
