Apple TV 1 year free trial not coming up

Hi I bought the IPad Pro last month, signed in and went to the Apple TV app but only the 7 day trial comes up. How do I get the 1 year free trial?

I just got this iPad and I just switched from Samsung to apple, so I’m kinda new, I have the iPad Air 4th generation but I read on you website that thus comes with a 1 year free trial on Apple TV. But I’m confused because when I went on the app to start the trial, it just told me to start a 7 day trial. Like i said, I am new to apple so I figured I probably did something wrong. I’m hoping you guys could help somehow.

If you are not able to claim the offer on your eligible device then contact Apple support.
