my camera make a noise when its on silent mood idk why i tried to reset my sittings and nothing helps
If the phone is from a region where silencing the camera shutter is not permitted, there is no way to overcome that restriction.

Yes. That model is for the Japanese market. The settings can not be set to silence the camera shutter sound.
