how to rove red dot from voicemail

I keep getting voicemail notification with a red dot showing but when I ring there is never any voicemail. How can I stop this.

Delete all voicemail from carrier's server.

SMS, MMS, WiFi Call, Call Forwarding, Call Waiting, Call Merge, Conference Call, Hotspot, Voice Mail (Visual or Normal) all are Carrier Specific features. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency who issued the SIM / eSIM to you.
