Have you tried adding the printer to see if macOS automatically downloads & installs the necessary driver? This is the ideal method since printer manufacturers don't always provide updates to there printer drivers. Otherwise you have to check the HP website for a driver for your printer. Most printers should be able to have macOS find the necessary driver when adding the printer unless you have a really old printer.
