I have High Sierra 10.13.6 Can I jump to Big Sur? I don't know the sequences of the OS so not sure which one is next

This is what concerns me: Mine is not listed here but when I look at the compatibility it is so very confusing?

I saw it..thank you. Just going to double check and make sure I have enough memory for Big Sur. I have Passport which I am backing up to.
I just looked into syst pref and did not see software update that was in the instructions.
All is well! Thank everyone for their advice. Now have Big SurOS and now can install my sublimation printer
