Can I upgrade to Big Sur from High Sierra (Mac 2017)

I have High Sierra 10.13.6 Can I jump to Big Sur? I don't know the sequences of the OS so not sure which one is next

iMac 27″ 5K, macOS 10.13

This is what concerns me: Mine is not listed here but when I look at the compatibility it is so very confusing?

The following models are supported:

  • MacBook (2015 or later)
  • MacBook Air (2013 or later)
  • MacBook Pro (Late 2013 or later)
  • Mac mini (2014 or later)
  • iMac (2014 or later)
  • iMac Pro (2017 or later)
  • Mac Pro (2013 or later)
