iPad Pro 2020 stops charging mid-way

Hello.

Earlier tonight I put my iPad Pro 11” 2020 on charge....but it seems not to ge charging at all. It’s been almost 2 hours now, and the battery percentage still shows the same number as when I connected the charger - although the indicator shows it’s under charge (green light, bolt and all).

It’s not the power strip, as I attached another device to it which was charged normally.

What could’ve happened? The iPad charged absolutely normally up until today afternoon.

Thanks for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. Being able to rely on your iPad is important. We're happy to help. It sounds like the iPad is not charging, the battery percentage doesn't increase. You've tested the power strip and it works fine with another device. Have you tried restarting your iPad? A restart can help to refresh the OS and connections.

I restarted the iPad twice, the second time leaving it turned off for several seconds and when it rebooted it charged to 100% normally. I’ll check to see if it happens again, but hopefully it was a temporary bug.
