I had to replace my modem and now my Apple TV Remote App is not recognizing the Apple TV because it’s on a different WiFi. I can’t change the WiFi on the Apple TV because the actual remote died. Is there anyway to sync it up again?

You will probably going to need a functional physical remote, either replacement purchase or temporarily borrowed.
