Screen time passcode

Hi there! I forgot my screen time passcode and I’ve tried to reset it using my Apple ID like 5 times and it isn’t working. Can you help me change it?

iPhone 8, iOS 14

If you or a member of your Family Sharing group have a mobile device running iOS or iPad OS 13.4 or later, or a Mac running Catalina 10.15.4 or later, read this support article for instructions on what to do "If you forgot your Screen Time passcode". Hi thanks for your reply! As I mentioned, I already tried that and it does not proceed past the “enter Apple ID & password” page after I enter them and hit ok. Is there another way?
