Admin Password
I need to enter my admin password to proceed with an update. I cannot remember what it is.
Please Help!

So, go to System Preferences > Users and groups > select your name > change password. Note there is going to be a lock at the bottom left hand corner of the screen, you may need to unlock it to make any changes.One last thing, your admin password may be the same as your login I would try it to.
