I noticed a blinking light on my Apple TV tonight. I tried to turn it on, but it wouldn’t come on. Then I tried unplugging it, leaving it off for a few minutes, and then plugging it back in. I can’t reboot it because it won’t come on. The box is the latest model and less than a year old? How do I get it to work?

If you have the 4K model, then you will be needing assistance from Apple, as indicated.
If you have a computer, try plugging it in to that and reset it through iTunes. If it doesn't, I don't know. Maybe try bringing it into Genius Bar?
