My apple account is disabled in iTunes store

My account was somehow disabled in iTunes Store and they didn’t tell me why. I just deposited credit to my account and now I could not use it.

Who did not tell you why?


Contact Apple Support:

Reading Apple just putting it to the side does not sound like Apple to me.

So, call Apple, rather than chat with them. I'd recommend, screensharing your device's screen to show them what is going on, here. Also, once answered, ask to be transferred to a Senior Advisor.

Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due do lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at

home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)

Sorry to Hear that,

It is disappoint. That’s just the way it is :(


Note that these are User-to-User forums. No one here has access to your account information (which is a good thing, BTW). So, best we can do here is give feedback and thoughts when it cones to troubleshooting all of this. It was worth a go. So, great job troubleshooting this.
