Recording Workouts

I just spent 75 minutes on the treadmill at 2.7 mph. My watch says I exercised for 19 minutes! Yesterday my watch actually recorded my indoor walk for 1:26:04, but my exercise minutes are only 45?

Why is there such a discrepancy in the times?

You're not moving fast enough for it to count.

You need 3.3 MPH for it to count.

You can always use "Other" workout and it will count all the time you do no matter how fast you're moving.
