downloaded an album but my computer is not authorised to play one of the songs

I have purchased and downloaded an album but there is a message on one of the songs that my computer is not authorised to play it

Windows, Windows 10

Delete and redownload the song which won't play; if you get told that you'll be charged again, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
