iTunes card refund
What do I do now? I have a $100 iTunes card that has already been used even though I brought it brand new from the coles shop.
iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 14
Take it up with the shop. They're the ones who sold you a used card.

Apple is not here on the forums. We are users volunteering our time to help.
You can try clicking on Get Support in the upper right corner to see if Apple can assist you.

I did. They told me they are 3rd party and don’t take any responsibility for refunds or giving a different gift card. And told me to contact you guys.
