Refund for cancelled subscription
How do I go about getting a refund for a subscription that has auto renewed and been taken out of my bank account?

You usually can’t. You had to cancel before the auto bill date to avoid charges. You can speak with whatever company charged you (if it’s Apple call them) but you may not be entitled to a refund
