Final Cut Pro Whenever I am editing a video in final cut pro and i want to crop, transform, or distort, it works the first few times. then when i go back to click on either one of them, the icon is highlighted but there are not controls along the side so i can crop or transform. this has been happening for the longest time and if someone could please help me out, that'd be amazing. i'm sick of having to work around this technical difficulty!!

Zoom in on that area of the timeline (command-=), and see if there is something between the clips; probably a short gap clip.

If possible post a screenshot.
