Moving video in small increments in FCPX

In Final Cut Pro X, is there a way to move video clips in sample increments or does this only work for audio?
Video can only be moved in whole frame increments, not fractions of a frame. Audio can be moved more precisely.

Thanks for your response. Will it be noticeable if audio is out of sync by a frame? I'm guessing not at 30 FPS. It's for a short cut away shot of a piano player and I'm using different takes.
No. Most viewers don’t even notice a black frame of video. Sync is even more difficult to perceive.
