Gee! I4.4 just popped out in the update. Thanks. It’s now working!
if it was purchased in another country or parallel imported from another country where ECG is currently not supported then it will not work until it's approved in other country

Thank you for your reply. Purchased it from an authorized Apple reseller. Wouldn’t know where it originated from. Wonder if there is a way to find out.
I bought my watch from authorized apple reseller. I’ve reset the watch multiple times. ECG APP not supported. irregular heart rate also not supported and unity watch face not available.
