Hi, Congats on your new MacBook Pro StephenBa !


I'm no expert ... just aware of something you might try ...

you could click on the small Apple Symbol at the top left of the menu on your screen and choose "System Preferences" from the menu that opens... then click on "family-sharing" (on mine, it is a white and blue icon at the top right).

There are "Learn More" and "Get Started" link /options available right there.
