Hello, I was locked out of my iphone and it just says connect to itunes. I'm signed in on my computer and the phone is connected (and it's not like i can do it on my phone), but it's still locked. What do I have to do to unlock my phone?

Is it locked from incorrect screen pass code (disabled), then see:
