Hi I don't have the Software Updates option in my system preferences

When I look at system preferences there is no option for software updates even when I use the search bar.

Hi Micah_mason,


Software Update only appears in System Preferences if your Mac is running macOS Mojave (10.14) or later. macOS High Sierra (10.13) or earlier presents macOS and app updates in the Mac App Store.


If your Mac is running macOS Mojave or later, and Software Update still doesn't appear in System Preferences, please let me know.
